Dr. Alessia Langston was born and raised in London Ontario, where she developed a lifelong passion for sports and an active lifestyle. Growing up, she competed in gymnastics and cheerleading at a high level. Through these experiences, she faced her own injuries and discovered firsthand how chiropractic care could help optimize performance, support recovery, and improve overall well being. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic and help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
Dr. Alessia earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Western Kentucky University, where she was also a member of the university's all-girl cheerleading team. She then completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic college. During her clinical training, she had the opportunity to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She is also certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through the Integrated Seminar Series.
Dr. Alessia believes in delivering personalized, patient-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Her treatment approach combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, contemporary medical acupuncture, therapeutic modalities, condition-specific rehabilitation, lifestyle modifications and patient education. She is committed to empowering her patients with the knowledge and tools they need to move better, feel btter and return to the activities they enjoy most.
She is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association and is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Alessia enjoys staying active by working out, coaching, cheerleading, running and spending quality time with family and friends. Her favourite saying, "Motion is lotion," reflects her belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools for maintaining health, preventing injury and living life to the fullest.
