Dr. Rocha attended The University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. This was followed with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During his time at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Dr. Rocha worked with a wide range of clients at St. Michael’s Hospital that included post-operative spine patients. Dr. Rocha had also spent time at a clinic in London where he treated a wide array of individuals from the general population to athletes.
Dr. Rocha was born in Brampton, Ontario but currently resides in London. Dr. Rocha’s passion for Chiropractic care started at a young age as it was one of the only healthcare providers that could help with his neck and shoulder pain. Dr. Rocha came to realize that this hands-on and patient centered approach was the key to unlocking patient success. From personal training, strength and conditioning, sports and to coaching hockey, Dr. Rocha has always been involved in an active healthy lifestyle. Dr. Rocha has a passion for cooking, traveling the world, playing sports, spending time with his family, friends and 2 dogs.
From issues head to toe, Dr. Rocha uses a holistic approach to treat each patient and utilizes a specialized plan that may include spinal manipulation, mobilization, myofascial release therapy, dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, therapeutic laser, rehabilitative exercises and/or stretches and lifestyle modifications.
Dr. Rocha plans to become certified in concussion management for fall of 2024. Dr. Rocha wants all his patients to be functioning optimally and living their best life!
